-1 start. Terrible service. We went in for an oil change and specifically asked for a full inspection of the car. After the inspection, they told us the battery needed to be replaced, so we agreed to have it replaced. Shortly after the battery replacement, the car started having problems that it did not have before. We brought the car back, and they made us pay for another diagnostic. In the end, they told us that the problem was the alternator, but they do not have anyone available to repair it until the following day. It is extremely frustrating to pay for a full inspection, follow their recommendation to replace the battery, and then have to pay for another diagnostic because the car was apparently not properly inspected the first time. Now, after paying again, we are left with a car that still cannot be repaired today. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this place.

If I could give negative stars I would, had an appointment today at 1pm to get 2 front tires mounted and balanced. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour I started to get nervous when my truck was still outside and I needed to pick my son up. I mentioned that to the man at the desk and he stated the truck was being pulled in right then…another 30 minutes goes by, and I tell him sorry but I don’t have the time now to get both mounted can you just do one so I can hurry up and go pick my son up. He returned 15 minutes later handed me my keys and said you’re good man, I was confused I said “what do I owe you” and he said they weren’t able to do anything to my vehicle. So after having an appointment at 1 sitting in the waiting room until 230 my vehicle was never touched. It’s unacceptable to have a customer wait an hour and a half past there appointment and then to be so dismissive and unapologetic about the whole incident. Terrible, terrible service.

I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for 3-5+ years, but after this experience, I will never be back and cannot recommend this location to anyone. I arrived for my scheduled 2:00 PM oil change appointment, and immediately things went wrong. Staff told me I was down for an “oil leak test,” which I corrected right away — I was there for an oil change, nothing else. I provided my name and license plate, information they already had on file. I was told the service would take 1-1.5 hours. At 3:30 PM, they called me up again, this time having completely confused me with another customer — someone who happened to share my last name and drive the same brand of car (different color, year, everything else). I corrected them a second time and reiterated that I was only there for an oil change. When I finally left at 4:11 PM, I was told the oil change was complete. My total time at the shop: 2 hours and 15 minutes for what should have been a routine service. Shortly after leaving, I got a call from the same employee admitting they had performed the other woman’s service on my car instead — and never actually changed my oil. - Not sure how to reply on your reply, but thank you for your response and for refunding me. The problem that I discovered is being fixed by a different auto repair shop. Brought my car to Firestone because the battery died and I suspected something was draining it. They told me the battery was the problem and replaced it. One week later, the new battery died too. I brought it back, and they claimed nothing was wrong with the vehicle. As soon as I got home, I noticed the engine fan was still running long after the car was shut off. I took it right back and left it overnight. After another diagnostic test, they again said nothing was wrong. After all of this, I discovered my coolant reservoir was nearly empty. The low coolant appears to be causing the cooling fan to run continuously, which is likely what has been draining my battery the entire time. So after multiple visits, a battery replacement, and an electrical diagnostic, I still ended up finding the probable cause myself. I paid them to diagnose and fix the issue, not tell me everything is fine while my car continues having the same problem. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Park Road Shopping Center location was neat and modern for customers waiting area. Service was good. I am overall pleased with this location 😃
